ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. --  In honor of Women's History Month, Altus Air Force base (AFB) takes time to honor the women who have served in the United States Air Force, both past and present. Each Year throughout the month of March, Altus AFB celebrates Women's History Month and remembers our female Airmen who have lead by example throughout the years.
