Altus AFB to host Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps

ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – Altus Air Force Base will host an orientation flight for approximately 25 Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps cadets from Denton High School, Denton, Texas on April 26th, 2017.

 

Guests will receive a mission brief from aircrew members and the opportunity to fly on a U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster III cargo aircraft during an in-flight refueling mission.

 

This event is designed to introduce AFJROTC cadets to the variety of careers available to them in the Air Force as well as to provide a live demonstration of Altus AFB’s flight mission.
