Street Smart Briefing
ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – Airman 1st Class Robert Gunn, 97th Air Mobility Wing Public Affairs broadcast journalist, plays the role of a car accident victim during a Street Smart briefing at the base theater, May 21. The Street Smart briefing was held by firefighters with the Florida Stay Alive From Education to stress the importance of safety, accident awareness, and consequences of poor choices such as driving under the influence, texting while driving and not wearing a seat belt. The S.A.F.E. program travels around the world to educate military installations, colleges and professional sports teams about the consequences caused by poor choices while driving.
