Altus continues ice storm recovery

ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Base personnel wait in line at the AAFES Shoppette gas station to refuel their vehicles Feb. 1. Altus AFB received a generator from Vance AFB, Okla., which allowed the Shoppette to open Jan. 30.
