ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – U.S. Air Force Col. Bill Spangenthal, 97th Air Mobility Wing commander, signs the 2014 Military Saves Week proclamation inside the Wing Headquarters building Feb. 21, 2014. The proclamation signifies the beginning of the campaign that aims to help Airmen and family members learn about saving benefits and initiatives. The Airman and Family Readiness Center will be offering classes Feb. 24-28 for base members interested in taking the initiative.
