Hayesville, N.C. - Lt. Col. David Miller, an optometrist assigned to the 442nd Medical Squadron at Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo., assists in setting up a phoropter which was used to give eye exams in Hayesville, N.C., Aug. 1, 2017.
