The process for your home goods delivery has been updated. Now, members should email 97 SFS at 97SFS.S5D@us.af.mil with the company name, date of arrival, your address, and dates of pass. We have recently looked into this matter and have adjusted the number of defenders during the morning rush. At this time, wait times have significantly decreased with the increase of defenders.
Before arriving to Altus AFB, you will be assigned a sponsor within your unit who will help you with your move and in-processing. Your sponsor will also provide you with an in-processing check list and reporting location.
At this time, we have Hanger 97, an award-winning dining facility, Club Altus, and the Wild Brew Yonder (Coffee) and the Food Stop located inside the BX. Our commissary also has a variety of food options and sells sushi.
The main gate off of Falcon Road is open 24/7. The south gate, located on Challenger Boulevard, is open Monday-Friday from 0600-1800.

For the time being, the best way for spouses and dependents to receive Giant Voice notifications is for the member with network access to log onto the AtHOC service on their computer and add their family’s contact information into the system. From there, they will have the option to receive voice or text messages whenever a notification is pushed out.
