ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Rob Black, 97th Civil Engineer Squadron structural journeyman, cuts out the corner piece of a soffit during construction of a new entomology facility, Sept. 21, 2015.
