The Altus Community Partnership Program was recognized with a letter of excellence from the Air Force Association Air, Space and Cyber Conference in Arlington, Virginia, Sept. 20, 2022. The award was presented to Charles “Chuck” Butchee, the Altus Air Force Base community partnership lead, by Gen. Charles Q. Brown Jr., Chief of Staff of the Air Force and his wife, Sharene.
