The Comptroller Squadron delivers world-class financial support through two specialized flights. The Financial Operations Flight ensures precise execution of military, travel, and civilian pay, managing entitlements, debt programs, and payroll systems with accuracy and efficiency. Meanwhile, the Financial Analysis Flight leads strategic budgeting and resource allocation, equipping commanders with expert financial insight and maintaining critical coordination with units, vendors, and higher headquarters.

  • Travel Pay & Entitlements (BAH, BAS, Travel, PCS, Clothing, TLE…etc.)

  • Pay Advances (Base Pay, DLA)

  • LeaveWeb Reconciliation

  • PCS Financial In-processing/Out-processing

  • Retiring/Separating

  • Defense Travel System (DTS) & Government Travel Card (GTC) issues. For immediate assistance, please contact your unit rep:

Retired Pay
The Altus Air Force Base Finance office does not have the ability to view or update retiree pay. For retiree finance issues, please visit the Defense Finance & Accounting Service page for Retired Military & Annuitants.
