Seventeen Airmen from Altus Air Force Base were among those selected for promotion: Edward Abell, 97th Civil Engineer Squadron Jon Adams, 54th Air Refueling Squadron Richard Bernard, 97th Operations Support Squadron Justin Dixon, 54th ARS Philip Gant, 97th Communications Squadron Nathan Griesinger, 97th OSS Justin Harper, 97th CES (Inbound) Robert Jenkins, 54th ARS David Milcarek, 97th OSS Titan Miller, 54th ARS Lawrence Nahalea, 97th Training Squadron Travis Padgett, 97th Air Mobility Wing (Inbound) Marcus Palmer, 97th OSS Kester Patrick, 97th Force Support Squadron Alan Quevy, 97th Logistics Readiness Squadron (Inbound) Nathan Rosett, 97th AMW Rory Wilcox, 54th ARS There were 22,673 promotion-eligible technical sergeants worldwide, and 4,073 were selected for promotion across the Air Force. The selection rate for cycle 14E7 was 17.96 percent.
