Armed Forces Day Parade
ALTUS, Okla. – Members from Altus Air Force Base 97th Air Mobility Wing Security Forces Squadron, march with other Altus AFB members, retired veterans and various agencies throughout Altus march in the Armed Forces Day Parade, May 18. The event celebrates the unification of all the military forces under a single department of the government. Armed Forces Day honors and acknowledges the people of the armed forces of the United States and is held annually on the third Saturday of May.
