97th SFS Recognizes the Fallen Defenders
ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – Airman 1st Class Andrew Ausman, 97th Security Forces Squadron patrolman, renders a salute while performing the “Guarding of the Wreath” at Wings of Freedom Park, May 15. In observance of National Police Week, the 97th SFS performed the “Guarding of the Wreath” shortly after reveille. National Police Week pays special recognition to those law enforcement officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty for the safety and protection of others.
