Service members compete for EIC badge at rifle shooting competition
ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Maj. Rebb Jones, 97th Air Mobility Wing chief executive, fires an M-16A2 service rifle at the Combat Arms firing range Sept. 20, 2012. Jones was a participant in the 2012 Elementary Level Excellence in Competition.
