ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. - Melissa Laub was awarded the Balfour Beatty Center Scholarship July, 2010. Melissa Laub was born Willingboro, New Jersey. She graduated from Altus High School in 2008 and plans to graduate with honors in health sciences and a minor in chemistry and then attend the University of Oklahoma pharmacy school.
