Base volunteer helps to construct Habitat for Humanity home
ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla.--Staff Sgt. Richard Moutray, 97th Logistics Readiness Squadron, and Richard Ball, community volunteer, prepare wood formations at the local Habitat for Humanity workshop April 16.
