ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – Special Agent Ross Bergstresser (left), Air Force Office of Special Investigations, and Staff Sgt. Matt Treadwell (right), 97th Security Forces Squadron, hug Deputy Kevin Walker at the Police Award ceremony. Deputy Walker had a heart attack May 14 at the firing range during a competition between Altus Police Department, Altus AFB Security Forces, and OSI. These two heroes saved Deputy Walker’s life, and kept him alive until emergency medical attention arrived earning the Fraternal Order of Police Life Saver Award.
