ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Col. David Allvin, 97th Air Mobility Wing commander, shoots over a defender during the Eagles (senior officers) vs. Chiefs Basketball Game at the Base Fitness and Sports Center May 23. The Eagles edged out Chiefs during three-on-three basketball, winning the first two games in a best of three tournament.
