Students learn about AF technology
ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Dawn Tabor, 97th Maintenance Directorate avionics technician, shows fifth-grader Tyler Janning how to use a microscope to identify blown out fuses during the Burns Flat STARBASE Career Day Nov. 18, 2013. Approximately 75 fifth-grade students visited various base agencies to see how science, technology, engineering and math are applied to jobs in the military.
