Students learn about AF technology
ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Colleen Tignor, 97th Maintenance Directorate Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory technician, demonstrates the ice point measurement tool used to calibrate thermometers to fifth-grade students during the Burns Flat STARBASE Career Day Nov. 18, 2013. The students were given the opportunity to see science, technology, engineering and math applied to jobs in the military.
