C-17 receives makeover
ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Senior Airman Brinson Emanuel, 97th Air Mobility Wing Maintenance Division crew chief, reconfigures the seats of a C-17 Globemaster III cargo aircraft during a 720-day home station refurbishing Oct. 10, 2013. The recalibration of the seats helps to maintain the functionality of the seats’ components. The renovation ensures the workings of the aircraft are mission ready before returning to the field.
