Airmen celebrate 50 years of civil engineering heritage
ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – Leon K. Pike, a U.S. Air Force veteran from the Vietnam era, briefs Airmen assigned to the 97th Air Mobility Wing during a 97th Civil Engineer Squadron heritage brief at the Freedom Community Center, Oct. 1, 2014. Pike spoke of his experiences while assigned to the 554th Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineer Squadron from 1971-1972.
