97 AMW members learn community heritage
Members of the 97th Air Mobility Wing look at Lake Altus-Lugert Dam while listening to Tom Buchanan, irrigation district manager, during the tour of the dam, Oct. 5, 2018, in Lugert, Okla. The water volume of the lake is 132,830 acre feet of water used for agriculture.
