Leard Assumes Command of the 97th AMW
U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Craig Wills, 19th Air Force commander, passes the guidon to U.S. Air Force Col. Matthew Leard, 97th Air Mobility Wing commander, during the 97th AMW change of command ceremony, June 21, 2019, at Altus Air Force Base, Okla. Leard assumed command from U.S. Air Force Col.
