Hangar 97 Chops It Like It’s Hot
U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Daniel Ortiz, a Food Services Apprentice assigned to the 97th Force Support Squadron, chops ingredients for his Chopped Challenge meal, August 9, 2019, at Altus Air Force Base, Okla. During this challenge, five chefs are given one hour to make a dish of their choice while having to use the five ingredients provided in their basket. As long as they use all the ingredients in the basket, these Airmen chefs are allowed to use whatever ingredients they need to make their dish the winning one.
