97 AMW Leaders Learn to Sort Cattle
U.S. Air Force Col. Howard Givens, 97th Medical Group commander, marks a number on a cow as part of the annual Cattle Sorting Competition, August 19, 2019, at the Watkins Ranch, Okla. With the help of the ranchers, 97th Air Mobility Wing commanders successfully lined all the cattle up in the “shoot,” a man-operated machine with the purpose of holding the cattle still for enough time to paint a number on their side.
