‘Mobility’s Hometown’ mothers share mottos for motherhood
Amy Tarnowski, spouse of Lt. Col. Matthew Tarnowski, 97th Training Squadron commander, poses for a photo with her child, May 5, 2021, at Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma. Her motto as a mother is that most things are temporary, and that aspects of her child’s young life will be missed one day. Her advice to other moms is to build a “tribe” so mothers don’t have to parent on their own. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Cody Dowell)
