Altus AFB KC-46 delivers airpower in Vapor Trails exercise
Airmen from the 59th Medical Wing at Joint Base San Antonio, carry a medical simulation mannequin onto a KC-46 Pegasus aircraft at Kelly Field, San Antonio, Texas, Aug. 21, 2025. The mannequin was used to simulate a critically ill patient, giving aeromedical evacuation and critical care air transport teams the opportunity to practice patient movement and in-flight care procedures during the “Vapor Trails” exercise.
