ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – Tech. Sgt. Lataura Williams, 730th Air Mobility Training Squadron orderly room and personnel manager, was named Innovative Airman of the Week, May 14. Williams saved valuable time for the 730th AMTS and increased efficiency of the 97th Comptroller Squadron’s resources by developing and implementing a rapid training plan for 24 Altus-based Air Reserve Technicians. Her innovative training approach saved more than 30 man-hours in additional training and guaranteed the 730th AMTS was fully compliant ahead of the Department of Defense deadline.
