ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – Heather Frazier, Altus Spouse’s Club president, talks to Altus AFB members during a scholarship presentation ceremony at Club Altus, May 7. The ASC raised more than $8,000 to provide scholarships to the base’s eight recipients. Five of the scholarships were awarded to graduating children of service members and the remaining three were awarded to spouses.
