ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Herb Estes, 97th Security Forces Squadron expeditionary skill training instructor, was named Innovative Airman of the Week, April 8. Estes’ efforts resulted in reducing annual contract maintenance costs for the EST 2000 weapons simulator, which is used primarily for training deploying Airmen.
