ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – Senior Airman Moshe Rubin, 97th Comptroller Squadron finance customer service lead, was named Innovative Airman of the Week, March 1. Rubin developed an in-processing system that saves time, work hours and money. With his coordination, the 97th CPTS brought back one-on-one personal attention between the finance office and their customers, saving approximately 140 man hours since implementation of the system. Due to the streamline process, Finance has been able to in-process service members within five days of arriving on base, resulting in less over-payments, correct pay and faster payments on travel vouchers.
