BOWST ribbon cutting ceremony

Eric Mayheu, Scott AFB, Ill., Air Mobility Command Head Quarters chief of aircrew operations and training division, prepare to cut a ribbon during the Boom Operator Weapon System Trainer ribbon cutting ceremony at the KC-135 Aircrew Training facility, Oct. 24, 2012. The ceremony was held as a grand opening for the BOWST, which is a simulator for boom operator students that saves around $25 million annually by providing on ground training for students while waiting for flights.
