ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – Frank Piasecki, 97th Communications Squadron plans flight superintendent and members of Radar, Approach and Control show the Honorable Terry Yonkers, Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Installations, Enviroment and Logistics, what they are doing to fix the air traffic transmitter, which is a critical tool to helping air traffic controllers navigate pilots at RAPCON, May 30, 2012. Yonkers spent the day visiting RAPCON and other squadrons to see the changes and improvements made to the base.
