Hardcastle, 31st Combat Communication Squadron radio frequency transmission system apprentice, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., adjusts settings inside the electrical equipment shelter of a Tropospheric Scatter Microwave Radio Terminal (TRC-170), May 1, 2012, during an exercise here. During the exercise Airmen from the 31st and 34th CCS assembled two TRC-170s, which transmitted a signal to Tinker AFB to test the range of the system.
