ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – Airman 1st Class Justin Jester, 97th Operation Support Squadron Aviation Resource Management journeyman, prepares aircrew member’s flight record folder at the Host Aviation Resource Management office Feb. 22, 2012. The FRF includes documents such as a member’s flying history, copy of member’s orders and more information about the member. Once the FRF is completed, the member then takes the folder to the Host Aviation Resource Management office at his or her next base. An aviation resource manager is responsible for ensuring all Altus AFB aircrew member’s records are up to date and are eligible to fly.
