ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla.— Lew Timbrook, Canadian Avionics Electronics USA/Delaware Resource Group instructor boom operator, teaches boom operator students about emergency procedures during an initial qualification class, Jan. 12, 2012 at the KC-135 Aircrew Training facility.
