19th AF Command Chief visits Altus AFB

ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Senior Airman Patrick J. Buckman, 97th Operations Support Squadron radar approach control journeyman, shows Chief Master Sgt. Mike Williams, 19th Air Force command chief, one of the new RAPCON systems during a tour of the new RAPCON facility Dec. 1, 2011. During his visit Williams also toured the Solar Inn Dining Facility, Air Traffic Control Tower and flew on a C-17 Globemaster III to develop a better understanding of what Altus Airmen do daily and to evaluate needed training updates.
