Altus leadership tours SWTC

ALTUS, Okla.— Roy Smith, Southwest Technology Center Aviation and Aerospace technology coordinator, explains the Grow Your Own Mechanic program to Altus Air Force Base leadership Nov. 14, 2011, at the SWTC section of the Altus/Quartz Regional Airport.
