ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla.— Master Sgt. Terell Borel, 97th Force Support Squadron 1st Sgt., carries the Prisoners of War/Missing in Action flag while Master Sgt. Scott Newton, 97th Medical Group 1st Sgt. Carries the baton during a memorial run Sept. 16, 2011.
