97th CES builds children's playground

ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – Airman 1st Class Steven P. Lumpkins, 97th Civil Engineer Squadron structural apprentice, reinforces a cement block wall for the children’s playground near Wings of Freedom Park by filling it with more cement June 9, 2011.
