ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. - U.S. Air Force Col. James Peccia and family adopts retired military working dog 'Seiky' at the Freedom Community Center, September 30, 2010. Seiky was retired after recieving a permanent back injury in pre-deployment training. In his career, Seiky deployed to Sather Air Base, Iraq in 2008 and Forward Operating Base, Iraq in 2009, perfromed 1350 hours of explosive detection, and was selected to perform with the presidential security detail.
