ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla-- A C-17 Globemaster III carries two HIMARS (High Mobility Artillery Rocket System) vehicles and a team of Soldiers from Ft. Sill, Okla, Ft. Lewis, WA and Ft. Bragg, N.C., on Nov. 19. This team is apart of the launcher enhancement program and collects take -off, landing and in-flight data to make improvements to the system.
