The local aircraft factory CEO Mark Arceiro invited the base’s leadership to visit the 11-E aircraft product area. The Quartz Mountain Aerospace factory, founded in 1992, is the only one operating in the Altus area, and has recently finished the production of its 15th 11-E aircraft.
