Altus AFB breaks ground for KC-46 construction

ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – Oklahoma State Representative Charles Ortega, the commander of Air Education and Training Command Gen. Robin Rand and 97th Air Mobility Wing Commander Col. Bill Spangenthal break ground for new KC-46 Pegasus construction projects during a ceremony Aug. 7, 2014. In Southwest Oklahoma fashion, the group wore cowboy construction hats for the dig.
