Gregory Kuhn, 54th instructor pilot, and U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Bryan Thomas, 54th director of operations, run through tires during the Gut Check Challenge as part of National Police Week May 14, 2014. During the challenge, participants were required to overcome a series of obstacles as a team. Police Week is celebrated to recognize defenders who have fallen in the line of duty.
