ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Akeem Balfour, 97th Civil Engineer Squadron heavy equipment operator, uses a power vibrator in wet concrete Oct. 10, 2013. Balfour used the power vibrator in the concrete to fill voids by moving rocks underneath the mixture.
