ALTUS, Ok. – Staff Sgt. Robert Black, 97th Logistics Readiness Squadron vehicle maintenance assistant NCO in charge, introduces tug-of-war teams during Military Appreciation Night at the Great Plains Stampede Rodeo, Aug. 22.
