ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – Staff Sgt. Loyda Martinez is the NCO in charge of Personal Property where she oversaw more than 180 household item movements. Martinez introduced a streamlined customer service approach which increased the in-person household items quality assurance inspections by 75 percent. Throughout counseling and inspections she has ensured the movement of 393,000 pounds of personal procured moves ultimately saving the Air Force more than $275,000. These checkups also cut time spent with individual customers by 30 minutes resulting in increased positive feedback. Martinez' innovation and top of the line customer service ensures carrier integrity while reducing negligent damages for our Air Force families.
