2014 Wings of Freedom Open House

ALTUS AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. – A U.S. Air Force B-1 Lancer bomber aircraft from Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, is displayed during the 2014 Wings of Freedom Open House, Sept. 13, 2014. The B-1B carries the largest payload of guided and unguided weapons in the Air Force and is used for long-range bombing missions. The open house allowed the public to view several Air Force aircraft and helicopters, watch civilian aerial demonstrations and experience aerial performances from the Air Force Thunderbirds and the U.S. Air Force Academy Wings of Blue parachuting team.
